    I think as you've pointed out already that the planning for this must have been some time before the announcement, thus everything was prepared and just awaiting announcement.

    Besides why waste time, there's so much to happen in coming months, and they're running close to Xmas as well.

    They still have to sort out the EGM Notice as well, with an estimated date of 16 Dec, so it's getting very close to Xmas.
