    Almost, The STI is $0 to $812k. He's Got to earn all of it....

    The whole of STI is subject to meeting performance hurdles... there are just 2 bands, 1 for meeting targets and another for superior performance at Board discretion)... These targets re TBC.

    Nice to see a 20% bounce of recent lows.
