rosco888, I think that the chance of that happening is very very small indeed, my concern is that we will have a board of 4 and we don't know what side Simon Morten is on and we also have to rely on Neil Biddle to keep P.B. in check and not allow him to stack the Board again just like he did before the 249D vote, the reason is that we need G.W. elected as Chair so everything rests with Morten voting the right way.
My gut feel is that P.B. will resign the day of, or the day before the AGM so that he can take away as much cash with him as he possibly can, otherwise he runs the risk being sacked and missing out on his payout.
