That's a whoooooole lotta lepidolite. Even Blind Freddy can see it!

Don't worry guys, they're confirming the lithium in the intercepts by using p-XRF which can't even detect lithium confused.png

And they're not even assaying for lithium! confused.png

So is MARC153 unmineralised and MARC161 mineralised?

This might be one of the most blatant lazy copy+paste announcements I've ever seen put out on the ASX.

"So much more info to come and the lab assays reports will certainly have a full breakdown of all elements contained and I do expect to see Spodumene." 4000 posts out of DocMin and you still don't understand lab results.
Firstly, spodumene is not an element so you cannot assay for spodumene. Secondly, assays don't give mineral breakdowns, they give element breakdowns so I'll give you that one at least but still 17 people giving the big "THUMBS UP" to misinformation! confused.png Either a geo identifies it in the chips, or you send it away for XRD analysis. But they won't need to do that when the assays come back, as there will be a near-linear relationship between Li and Rb all but confirming what is obvious to the naked eye; lepidolite.

I'll give everyone the next hint for free too. The battery producers are buying spodumene concentrate, not lepidolite concentrate.

Here's some spod in the RC chips for all the non-believers!
