I still don't understand why some of you think that the buyout of EMH part is inevitable. EMH can just keep its minority holding forever, the financing is not going to be an issue.

The same way as EMH can become a producer, for example:

Westfarmers is a lithium producer (despite no lithium experience at all)
Average Joe holding xy shares in Albemarle is a producer
Minority holders in CEZ will be producers
You Chuxa with your 80k shares will be a producer

I can't see a difference between those cases.
Cannot imagine that majority of EMH holders would vote and approve sale of EMH for less than half of the NPV based on DFS with double production and Li price way higher than $17k…
