I never spoke about the top 74M I was talking about the highest grade in the current assay drill hole (which is at the bottom/deepest part). Yes REE often are higher nearer the surface due to weathering, but this is not always the case, and current hole suggest otherwise.
If you hit your top grade at the EOH (end of hole) you need to drill further to determine resource, also due to angular nature of the drill hole, they will need to do more to determine the width!
I suspect they will find more in the top 74M but I dont think it will be significant, I suspect this magma differentiation is the source, but you wont know until more drilling is done.
They drilled deeper part looking for gold etc, so if there is Nobium in those shallower parts it could have higher grades (weathering effect). Suspect that will come with the other drill holes, not so much the top 74M.
