Well the subject of
"its not over till the fat lady sings"
has been highlighted in the suspension of MEO today
I would like to copy one of the paragraphs in the announcement made today
"At the end of the suspension, MEO will either announce that all joint venture participants have executed the side agreements and the Farminee has executed the agreed farmin agreement or not"
In other words the current deal that has been worked on will either fail or go through
Needless to say if it fails this is not the end of the story. The parties will need to go back to the negotiation table and renegotiate terms that are acceptable to all involved
In regards to MOG - I think it is a good short term play for day traders
