seriously Champ settle down, no-one mentioned anything about there being a T/O offer!! All i was sharing with people who couldn't access the article was the statement that all perties that had agreed to put in a proposal had to sign off the clause i previously mentioned, that being they were not to make a T/O offer until the 18th deadline had been met and all proposals had been considered.
you really need to relax a bit.
