I'm not sure where Juke is ATM, but fortunately for us he did post previously on this:

"The key data parameter we really need to know is the permeability of the sandstone at depth. The temperature can be reliably inferred. Unlike drilling for oil where you could miss the reservoir entirely, it would be difficult to not to hit a hot rock resource. An aquifer flowing between denser strata would be nice."
