But they will want (more) gas reserved for Aust. and at concessional prices.
More so when they find:
- some of their renewables projects don't work as they expect (fist go).
- the price of the materials & labour for the projects blow out.
I both come from WA and am/ have invested across the metals sector for two decades+.
Understand they're trying to muscle the Qld non- conventional gas operators at present. The WA government itself cant give environmentla approvals in a timely manner.
How may times has government been told not to (try to) pick winners.
