    Not sure if people has already voted or not but I would ask everyone to vote even if they have 1 share.

    As it is only 1 special resolution and based on detail below I already voted as it directly support share price I voted FOR. Very few company align CEO performance bonus directly linked to share price movement so this is a good indication for me.
