The other school of thought is the LB lawyers have a blank cheque book on this, are milking it for all she's worth, with low accountability to justify their fees to the administrators who unlike the LB management are not on performance based contracts, hence have little interest in keeping costs down. If this is the case and NGF win expect appeals. Lets hope for the settlement.
