conroy's tactics from here on in:
1) no vote during this current sitting - hasn't got the votes
2) withhold release of report - resort to next level of tactic of fear - release supposed "facts" from report to selected journos such as report based on nbn going alone - cost is actually less than $43B - wholesale price is surprisingly lower than people's expectations
3) impose a one month deadline to finalise any deal or nbn will go alone - probably timed for next sitting of senate

I can't understand the cost being less than their $43B unless this $43B figure was a big smokescreen as I would have thought without tls' ducts it would cost significantly more unless it is based on above ground options. So regardless of cost quoted in report it should be much cheaper with tls' ducts.

People should start directly questioning those journo's and analysts who are happy to have their strings pulled by conroy.
