Could it happen again? Perhaps new Government should launch an inquiry or take a deposition from the branch? I know they don’t have Grand Jury’s down in Australia but it is hard to see things like happen with little adverse result.

WBC SP would probably be in the $30 - $40 range if it was not for this past failing.
Probably cost it $40 billion AUD IMHO abut pls DYODD, directly to sholders.
