You are 100% correct. That was definitely the lazy sales pitch on eMite, and that's not helping anyone do a solid analysis. Mea Culpa. A definite reminder that for a long-term buy-and-hold investor like myself, part of the "hold" is continual monitoring and research to make sure the thesis is intact, especially with a company like this that has no mote. My initial theory of this company was that Snare was the value and eMite was the bonus, and that has turned out to be incorrect thus far. If they were to lose their foothold as the dominate large-enterprise call center software, this would an entirely different proposition.
