On a extremely technical basis, if you are paying DC $1m per year, and he is negatively doing his job by $400 million over the last 5 years that means he has robbed you of $153,000 per hour for the 2600hrs work.
That is only from the AMI market cap, if you add loss of earnings, that would be a couple of hundred million more.
The good news is though he has done minimal mining so who ever buys these mines for $10million a piece will be able to get drilling under way and start making money the same day.
