Ummm @pomhat - Does that include all the Australian Banks who have paid big fines for money laundering activities, charging dead people, false advertising and the like? I love that their "policies and procedures, overriding governance and bureaucracy is off the charts.."
And does this mean that "the number of people involved in every meeting and decision" that lots of people agreed and decided that code should be written so that customers could circumvent Money Laundering Detection procedures or the other dastardly things these companies did to customers? Even the ramped-up accusations of ISX by you and your cronies make it look like an angel in comparison.
