An element of that DNA left, but if you look at the board of directors and senior management team, SB leaving is the only change since 2019:

• Greg English was appointed September 2010
• Heath Hellewell was appointed September 2014
• Malcolm McComas was appointed October 2019
• Jarek Kopas (company Secretary) was appointed June 2011
• Simon Iacopetta (CFO) was appointed March 2019
• Blair Duncan (COO) was appointed August 2017

Across 2019 and most of 2020 Core was a penny stock, mainly at 3 to 6 cents. All of this team were working at Core during those times. Gareth will bring useful new skills, experience and thinking but unless there is significant change in this team, Core will still have some Junior DNA within it. The change in CE is important but it would take more departures to completely change the DNA of Core.
