Last Friday (4th nov) is a very interesting day for resources in the US
You have gold up 3.25 %; silver up 7.25%
Wti crude up 5.37% and copper up 7.89%
Gdx up 10.01%; gdxj up 10.66%
Sil up 8.84% and Fcx (largest copper producer) up 11.5%
While the spx and djia is only up about 1-2 %
The question you ask is : is this just a short covering in which case it will fizzle out or is the sentiment toward precious metals and commodities beginning to turn bullish.
The nst short tern daily chart is suggesting the back test may have completed and prices should be ready to impulse up.
