And just on the maths they own 28.4 % of the parent company (20% of 4 lines and 30% of 8 lines)and within NIC they own 21%(your maths)
Therefore effectively own 49.4%. And I’d guess with Board members personal % own the last 0.6%. So they have 50% so control it 100%.
