Boards don’t operate like that as each vote is not equal. There are two Tsing Board members. One is owner of Tsings right hand man and other is Owners daughter. Guess she as much use as tits on a bull and she rarely attends Board meetings. But also guess lame attempt at have a woman on Board.
But when Tsings other Board member says what’s happening or not then that’s what’s happening. Do you think Justin or Chairman’s are going to say otherwise? Tsings Board member represents effectively 49% share of parent company.

And still nobody can tell me why ramp up isn’t happening. Please enlighten me.
