I am not a know it all but maybe you are the exception??
According to the announcement on the 5th Feb EXT announced that it would assess any proposals from other parties interested in being part of developing the resource.
This in no way form or shape indicates any interest in a take over offer so you would be best to not misconstrue that info. It is all about Joint ventures with other parties.
Maybe you are privy to some inside information of a takeover offer though in which case I obviously would have no knowledge of.
Seems like you are the one making all of the noise at the moment so maybe you would be best off chilling out and sticking to the facts and not getting too personal.
