IMO this is a small non renounceable SI to fund Rox to the feasibility stage.
They have about $1.2m currently and will likely raise $3m = $4.2 m for upgrading studies to the FS level and and inferred to indicated RC drilling probably focused on Midway.
Q1/ Q2 2023 costs to produce a DFS will largely be funded by the Cannon TO = $3.8.
Fisher Gold is on sale imo
Total funds to get to a DFS = $8m.
Decision to mine and funding for the low capex Youanmi project is highly likely after the DFS imo
This CR rewards Rox holders with discounted shares.
