The idea that I have a right to get what I pay for is - well - surely - something I should expect !? I agree - I am not the norm in owning 2 lines - but expecting proper service for one line (like many others) - is that wrong ? - should I not expect to receive service for what I pay a hell of a lot for ?
And how do you know who out there is not like me ? Show me the figures mate ! Apparently you are falling for what you are accusing me off ! Why TLS have the programs if there was no demand ?
