Probably referring to April 2020 when an earlier A$20m placement to Baogang was prohibited by the then Treasurer. That, along with the issues with R&D rebate claims led to a funding crunch at NTU that necessitated an rushed A$22m placement and SPP at 2cps. Fortunately those who supported NTU at that time have done O.K. since.
