Not shocked at all and not part of any "crew", i got out a while ago and cut my losses.
As I said it makes sense is cutting loss making services to plug the leaky bucket, Fulfilment now B2B is more in sync with the overall Kaddy B2B value propersition + incompetent execs getting overpaid when there no money going around is a step in the right direction. Perhaps too little too late mate time will tell
