And the Congo area where that big mine is meant to be has no sealed roads, how they get the lithium out in wet season, not to mention its in the most dangerous are of DRC, where guerilla warfare continues. Many are landlocked, corruption is rife, no stability, and as you mentioned no power, reliable water, permits up in arms or not granted. Then as has been highlighted by one company the ownership of tenaments is not clear, Chinese companies bullying their way in via their ways.
