DRE is going just fine. The company is simply between news. Some of the fast money moves onto other companies. They are not investors and jump like flies. That is also part of the process on the way up. That creates volatility.
There is a growing belief that the Gascoyne is going to be the REE equivalent of the Pilbara. DRE is looking like the KING in the making so far. Certainly likely to challenge HAS and more. The first JORC will shine a light on how fast we get there. DRE has simply rerated on the first stage of the resource and is consolidating imo. Two large broker firms have giving us 20-24c targets already.
The market is all over lithium and has yet to really wake up to this point. Future tech wont go anywhere without the next generation of REE companies. I see a consolidation in the area and larger new players getting involved as a matter of course. This has happened in Lithium companies. The off takes, JV's, equity positioning are all coming during this phase. ARU just did an offtake with a Korean company this morning and one completed a similar deal with a Chinese firm last week. The DRE asset has some distinct advantages over them when it comes to capex and production costs.
Anything can happen here. Larger companies want scale, location, grade, high recovery, open resources, infrastructure access etc. DRE has all of the required parameters needed to develop a major long life safe supply asset. Just requires a little patience before the leg move imo.
