Well Jason , just one example , and I agree with you by the way . Dandenong Victoria is a proposed Hub , much work completed already , use of public transport , density housing , employment opportunities .
This is certainly the kind of development we need , It also then allows the outter areas to develop sensibly , with employment in Dandenong meaning reasonably essy to commute ( via train ) from Pakenham / Cranbourne etc .
