Nano Carbon Technology is actually any carbon particle under 100nm in size. It includes CNT, CNF, graphene and carbon black. In fact quite a lot of research using carbon black in combination with fly ash has been published recently.
The (usual) assumption that EDE is the only eligible product is utterly ridiculous.
