That would be an insult....a $600m mkt cap buys something 3 times it's size and pulls apart the pieces....all the work done by the board only to be unravelled!
take a long term view....diversity n size with pdl makes way better sense!! PDL is funding $~470m of the cash component itself!! And the remaining it will pay back in about a year...!!
