There have many trips to site, exploration permits issued ( and re-issued thankfully), mining codes developed, mining convention created, meetings, workshops, environmental approvals, country support, and Chinese pressure to take it away, but it's still ours. So really, the country sent a message when the MoU was revoked when the Chinese attempted to take 2 of our assets. It was then it could have all come undone. But the mines minister jumped in within a week and supported CAY. The PM has to sigh this off on behalf of his country, that's his job in all of this. I dont believe there is anything underhanded going on. IMO. A little more patience.
