    I will go one better, buy Macquarie shares. Nearly a 4% yield, growing and diversified.

    the big 4 only have one more tool left in their toolkit, reduce costs. They'll improve the bottom line and that's about it.

    Why not buy Macquarie and grow your capital, plus grow your dividend yield.
