Anyone listen to the webinar featuring the new CEO? Americans have a great way about them I really like him, especially if you compare him to Barrie or Stuart. He is direct, succinct, seems like he will be very open about the way he runs the company and will not beat around the bush. He has an experienced track record for investment, has a lot of connections in the UAE and has laid out a clear plan to bring back shareholder confidence and trust.

The greatest aspect of this restructuring in my opinion is that the CEO and chairman are going to be the no 1 holder of the company shares (providing there will be the under written collection he stated it May end up owning around 30% of the company). Furthermore, he is already down over 60% of his initial 10mil investment holding at these levels from $0.210. He wants the SP up as much as anyone but he has even a longer term vision.

The biggest question is if they can get this defence prime obligor "strategic funder". 290 million in stages which will go 50% onto the balance sheet of 3DA… too good to be true for a 17mil mc company on the asx?
