    1) not sure - could be a role for KMP to play, depends on the economics of turning it into metal elsewhere. hyundai are still a corporation that wants to make money after all.
    2) it would be investors money, not their own. their investors probably aren't happy with how things have gone and wouldn't stump up again this time.
