$250,000 + 4.25% variable = $204 per week in interest = the same as a cheap rental property without the worry of depreciation, expenditure or tenants. It's a no brainer for me while share prices in Banks remain on the high side in the current climate. I can transfer it straight out to my trading account and it will be there within 30mins as they use Osko too.
