I agree that not much is going to change here until investors are given a solid value proposition.

It sounds great to buy in to a heavily discounted producer with a large cash balance (it looks like a hidden gem) but if that doesn’t translate into future shareholder value, then what’s the point? The opportunity cost to hold your capital here is becoming way too high.

The shareprice will only increase if more/new investors want to buy in, which will ONLY happen when there is a solid investment proposition, or a way to evaluate returns to the holder (in the form of dividends, capital returns etc) Then it becomes a lot easier to attract new investors. Right now we are just spinning our wheels and going backwards.
