Personally, I think Steve Groves is a good geologist but struggled in the Managing Director role.
The announcement today is extremely positive, they have assembled a very experienced technical team, have a clear strategy/direction with some great projects.
FYI - if you read the announcements, performance rights were cancelled by agreement.
