AVZ roadshow, page-433

.. disclaimer .. like you, I only know what AVZ has stated in announcements and what has been shared from the roadshows .. so, my understanding is that we have a 'Presidential Decree' for AVZ to be granted the ML .. that seems pretty rock solid to me .. that decree won't be renounced, one would expect .. but, they are endeavouring to cleanse departments of corrupt officials associated with the mining industry and appear loathe to progress MLs until these 'criminals' are out of the way and unable to pollute the process any further .. while this doesn't suit share holders, in the long term it will suit the DRC government and certainly assist all miners wanting a transparent and fair process .. so, for me, it is important to tidy up government, in order to issue the ML, before removing the suspension .. and, it would be insane for AVZ to openly discuss the mechanics behind the government cleansing process regardless of how much we would love to know .. so, it is sit and wait, hopeful that sanity prevails and the DRC honours their commitments to AVZ, with the ML certified and announced ASAP .. no amount of whinging will alter the time it takes to sort this mess out .. but, the resource aint diminishing, so AVZ needs to 'play the cards it has been dealt' and not react immaturely or unprofessionally, like some posting on here .. JIMHO of course .. each to their own ..
