hey all, I am not a holder but ICI is on my radar and in serious buy category, for number of reasons which are already discussed above, However I need to know what is going with the share buy back plan why it is halted and not executed at these prices, are the broker is expecting price to go lower (Macro Envrionment) and sitting on the side to see when global Market crashes to buyback in the cheapest way possible.
