    Your post is a bit meaningless. RRM is the company responsible for the project, and IXR is a 50% stakeholder. Of course they are not going to list all owners of RRM when it's referenced.

    The article is very vague, the items (are they concerns?) they mention:
    1) Districts involved haven't resettled people before and this might be an issue (no explanation why?).
    2) "Stakeholders" don't have all the information, not because it isn't in the ESIA (which it is), but because it's too complicated for them. There's no detail on how far RRM are expected to dumb it down. Why not write an article helping people understand this?
    3) The ESIA states they will probably use heap leaching method with AMSUL. Heap leaching is widely used and AMSUL is used for farming within Uganda. So this is hardly some extraordinary risk.

    I don't see the problem?
