First a stacked deck shareholder vote on selling the lithium. No mention that Mr longley was a director or going to be.Then A sale of the remaining 20% without shareholder approval. Do i feel cheated ?. Yes i do.The drilling and new discovery was not obvious prior to the recent sale .Even if it was known by Bruce we weren,t in the loop. I don,t have the energy for a class action but maybe one is needed.i will be making a complaint to asx but expect to be fobbed off. Not happy !
