So you buy addon business , do a buyback and then use those numbers as growth ( not organic growth number) as your promo?
Really need to strip it out and see what performance of core business was and reality of the addon and how quickly it can be converted and more effecient.
The growth of this business obviously hampered by competition and errors in the past IMO. Are they still doing their big cloud for rent network ?
Just what is SPZ competitive advantage entering the german parking scene and what are it's competition doing in that market. It is a different culture and I don't know enough nor if SPZ have the right management in country.
The constant quoting of TAM addressable market for example of 90,000 in Germany - hmmm What is the Aussie TAM and what has stopped or slowed their penetration in that market?
