I still think it is a positive article, the mining code they are implementing is going to attract foreign investment with the legal framework there setting in place, and thats what I believe they are trying to do there,how long it takes remains to be seen but by highlighting where the government needs to lift can help to produce positive action with the help of the international community. Investment whether its in Anvil or someone else will follow if they are addressing these issues and not running away from them or pretending they dont exist. Long term holders of Anvil should benefit if patient.
