Possibly if the float goes well. The main game remains the US assets.
By not taking part you also lose the opportunity to capitalize on the split assets. They need money to function and if they just gave us shares, they would need to raise capital sooner anyway.
If concerned you could not take part and then try to buy on market if the shares fall after listing. That is always a risk with micro cap floats.
Just remember those making the decision to split, also have to cough up to participate.
