My personal thoughts is that a substantial 2C resource in Mongolia was one of the last condition precedents for the short term debt facility to be finalised.
this 2C will be used as collateral for favourable lending terms. Once the debt facility announcement drops, then everyone, including the big money, will have NO option but to buy our Talon shares on market.
and they are not get a single one of mine for under 60c
