Here if I can attach it is Notice of Bruce Cox's appointment back in August 2022. Having read the notice again,
I am modifying my How to Vote Card to vote FOR or ABSTAIN (as one pleases) but most definitely
vote AGAINST Resolutions 1, 2, and 4.
