My biggest concern based on previous experience is exactly this.
All retail share holders will vote no to all. But total no votes will account to 7% only.
They have spun there junk to major share holders, most major share holders will hope that current management will turn things around because as you understand that changing management is also dangerous if they are also useless.
I think it is going to be hard to turn around in the short term, management think it is all running fine.
