Sorry either your wrong or MMX own documents lodged with ASX are wrong.
They did not report from 1/1/2004 to 30/6/2004 any payments for IO assets in any quarterly report and as at 30/6/2004 they reported just over 30k in the bank.
For you to be right these quarterlies must be incorrect and they hid the 100k payment from ASX and their auditors.
The issue of the later shares is dated in the supplementary as it states that the shares were not allotted until after the date of the prospectus which was 19/11/2004.
So again no trail of how cash grew from 30k to 419k as it wasnt this issue of shares.
Again for you to be right the current management of MMX must have lodged an incorrect supplementary prospectus as to the date of allotment of the shares which is when the cash becomes available.
Current MMX management own document puts this raising as after 19/11/2004.
