@KainCarver Its reliable thanks. Importantly none of them getting any shares of significance until the share price goes to $0.583+. Did discuss that on here before. They went for high option strike prices at the last AGM and bigger awards for higher, but riskier pay out statistically speaking - shareholders will usually let larger option awards through at AGM's if higher strikes, that tally with their own hopes for stock.
I thought it might be J&J in ATI that prompted the brave higher strikes. Now we know if will have been the not so secret deal (internally) of Bio HOrizons. They will be scratching their heads like me the share price not higher on that.
Company Secretaries, in this case Simon Robertson, generally responsible for overseeing releases to mkt. Believe he is a paid consultant rather than in-house.
